The ERP Functional Support Intern will be responsible for assisting the COE SAP Financial Support Team with projects starting in 2025.

Areas of Learning/Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting ERP system issues.


• Support the implementation of system changes and upgrades.


• Collaborate with functional departments to understand business processes and requirements.


• Provide support to end-users.


• Document existing business processes and assist in creating user guides.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.


• Strong interest in ERP systems and business processes.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
