Prestigious international law firm is looking for an experienced Docketing Specialist to join theirLos Angeles office. The Litigation Docketing Specialist will be responsible for entering litigation deadlines into centralized docket system, reviewing docket and calendar entries for accuracy, researching rule codes and deadlines, and responding to inquiries from litigation teams regarding docketed events, deadlines, and rules.


The ideal Litigation Docketing Specialist candidate will have at least 3+ years of docketing/calendaring experience in a mid-size or large firm and a strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules and procedures.


Firm offers hybrid work schedule options, excellent benefits, and is targeting between $75,000 - $90,000 annually depending on experience.
