Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, Temp-to-Hire position. If you are looking to further your Administrative experience with a stable company, apply today!



Key Responsibilities



  • This position is not fully a front-desk position, but it includes front desk coverage and works alongside the receptionist to make sure the front desk is covered

  • Greet customers, answer phones, route calls and inquiries appropriately

  • Assist with clerical billing duties as needed, confirm information and approve

  • Support different departments such as operations and production

  • Assist with office management, ordering lunch, ordering supplies

  • Help with different administrative or HR projects

  • Additional administrative duties as needed




Qualifications



  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills

  • At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative and/or customer service position, experience in a front desk administrative position is a plus

  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy




Compensation and Hours



  • This is an hourly position paying about $19-25/hr depending on experience

  • Hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm

  • This is a temp-to-perm position
