We are urgently looking for an Office/Accounting Clerk to join an established company on a long term temporary basis!
On-site in Pasadena, CA
$21-$24 per hour (DOE)


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to the accounting functions of an organization.
-Input financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payroll information.
-Reconciliations - Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
-Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, adjusting entries, and keeping accounts up to date.
-Organize and maintain financial records, including receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation, in an organized and accessible manner.
-Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents, making it easy to locate and retrieve records as needed.
-Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel to perform tasks efficiently.
-Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of financial data.


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proficient to Advanced using Microsoft Excel
-Covid-19 Vaccination REQUIRED
-Fully onsite position in Pasadena, CA
