The Manager, Marketing Engine Production serves as the key member of the Marketing Engine team across automation and our in house agency. We are seeking a customer obsessed colleague who proactively goes above and beyond to provide a quality customer service experience while delivering speed and cost savings to the business.

In House Agency Management:
Serve as day to day operational contact and quality control for in house agency including status meetings, supporting marketing with a high level of customer service with emphasis on speed and cost reduction of production projects
Manage relationship with external vendors to meet and exceed expectations, deliver digital projects to internal customers with speed and cost savings
Maintain project plans for production projects including but not limited to resizes, video edits, marketing material updates for each species with regular internal customer meetings to ensure timely delivery and usage of agency
Reporting Bi-Annualy Internal Customer Satisfaction; Working with partner on performance
Marketing Automation:
Coordinates always on automation programs serving as the point of contact for internal customers
Experienced working in an agile environment
Supports test and learns with consolidation of content
CRC Coordinator (Content, Review, Clearance):
Supports the marketing automation team on legal/regulatory reviews for identified test and learns
Supports the Data and Digital Solutions (DDS) team with ad hoc CRC coordination where applicable
Supports Asana process for DDS
Position Responsibilities
Managing In House Agency- Internal customer coordination including status calls & communication, managing relationship with provider, Quality Control of all marketing materials
Marketing Engine Always On Projects; Point of Contact for Above Brand Projects supporting Marketing Engine/NGSE including content gathering, internal meetings with key stakeholders and project management
CRC Coordinator for Marketing Engine Value Strikes; Interacting with Legal and Regulatory; Additional Data and Digital CRC Projects as required
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
5 Years + experience of relevant marketing, project management or digital experience required
Agency Experience as client or vendor, preferred
Experience in Adobe graphic design, preferred
Experience working in a regulated marketing environment, required
Completion of CRC Coordinator Training Internal required within 90 days
Technical Skill Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Physical Position Requirements
Position is based in Parsippany, NJ, Remote considered
