Slalom is seeking a strong Business Advisory Services Capability Leader to drive growth and success of our Business Advisory Services (BAS) group. Our BAS teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meet clients where they are to uncover business needs, and deliver results.



What You'll Do



  • Thought Leadership: Provide differentiated perspectives on topics such as operational excellence, technology strategy, and functional strategic alignment to enterprise strategy

  • Practice Building: Establish practice direction, strategy, and goals

  • Business Development: Maintain a productive network of market relationships, lead business development activities, and expand relationships and opportunities at existing Slalom accounts

  • Strategy & Operations: Share expertise with team members through development and delivery of case studies, white papers, learning materials, and other resources to elevate internal knowledge of solutions

  • Team & Individual Development: Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity, ability flex to other capabilities, and job satisfaction

  • Engagement/Delivery Management: Manage project risk, plan, budget, and accounts receivable, as well as define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top client management.

  • Enrich Slalom's culture and exemplify our core values on a day-to-day basis


What You'll Bring



  • 15+ years program, project, and delivery management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and co-develop complex offerings, go-to-market strategies, and solutions by collaborating with partners, peers, and clients.

  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base through sold and/or managed revenue and organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up, advocating for your practice's offerings.

  • Strong leadership, strategy, and operations experience within a consultative environment

  • Previous P&L experience for comparably sized consulting practice

  • Leadership demeanor and established presence in community
