The Contractor Solutions team is on the mission of becoming a customer outcomes-based business partner and we are searching for a Customer Success Analytics Intern to help execute on this mission. Within the Customer Success function, help drive 2 primary areas of focus as our users to interact with our solutions - Time to Value and Business Outcomes. You will work closely and collaboratively with our product, sales, services & support departments to ensure that we are effectively measuring and improving customer outcomes. Your work will help us understand the impact we are having on the customer experience by measuring the impact of our programs and conducting analyses to proactively uncover opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be assigned discreet projects to focus on over the course of the internship
Responsible for thorough analysis and project completion, as well as an executive presentation of project(s) at the end of the internship.
Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.
Follows department processes, procedures and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/ solutions.
Participates in Internship Program activities and events to include: onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos and social events.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program pursuing a related degree at an accredited 4-year college or university, or equivalent boot camp program.
Minimum three years of relevant coursework completed by time of internship or equivalent boot camp program work.
Preferred minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate grade point average, on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent
Prior internship or co-op experience preferred
Participation in campus activities related to field preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities, educational forums and/or prior work experience
Assignment Specific Experience
Natural problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
Proven analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
Be able to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to spearhead those improvements for the betterment of the business unit.
Skills
Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures and products of the Contractor Solutions Business Unit.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation; strong interpersonal abilities
Strong attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation
Solid project management capabilities; strong business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude
Strong technical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint. Power BI experience a plus.
