General Description

Provide assistance to Lease Disbursements unit of Popular Auto Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review daily leasing files and deliver them to the Customer Service unit to send customer documentation.
• Digitize leasing files daily in accordance with the established process.
• Send digitized files to the corresponding company.
• Prepare reports, as needed.
• Deliver files, documents, among others to other units and departments.
• Maintain and update loan files.
• Answer telephone, direct calls, and take messages.
• Assist visitors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

+ 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits Approved

Experience

At least one (1) year in administrative tasks and customer service. Experience in auto loan documentation, preferred.

Other Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and verify the integrity of data.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• Oral and written communication in English, preferred.
