Job Description Summary:

Your role is in the Global Revenue Operations (RevOps) team which optimizes the processes and technology supporting the global sales force. Functions on this team include performance data analysis, process improvement, and system design to fuel the growth and global scalability of our SMB, Large Enterprise, and Partner businesses. Alongside RevOps leaders, you will contribute to the strategy for and execution of changes in capabilities being enabled through technology and automation to improve overall lead generation, sales, relationship deepening and retention in support of Global Markets business priorities. You will use data and empirical research to help plan and prioritize the projects that this team performs and set quantifiable goals for the impact the projects will deliver to the company. You will thrive in this role if you are highly analytical with strong technical acumen and program management skills.



Job Description:




Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)


  • Gather information from global sales teams about business priorities and improvements in Lead Generation to Billing process and technology needed to achieve them.

  • Translate business needs into project requests

  • Build processes for the intake and prioritization of project requests by Sales Tech and RevOps leaders

  • Partner with RevOps leaders to build business cases that quantify the benefits of the change initiatives

  • Assist Sales Technology and RevOps leaders in designing a roadmap for delivery of the changes that considers capacity constraints and project dependencies, in addition to impact on business priorities

  • Participate in and/or lead project delivery as assigned




Education and Experience



  • Currently pursuing MBA from accredited college or university

  • Experience in Sales Operations or a similar role (Finance, Ops, etc.) preferred

  • Prior experience in project/program management or running a Program Management Office preferred

  • Financial acumen and data analysis experience needed

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, consulting, and/or Sales preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools required

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com helpful

  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets

  • Can-do attitude with a strong sense of priorities, accountability, and ownership

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment

  • Successful track-record working with cross-functional and remote teams

  • Self-starter willing to take the initiative to recommend and implement improvements




Internship Program Information and Requirements:

  • This is a Summer 2025 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2025 internships are not available.

  • Must currently be pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university.

  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2025.

  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
