Our client, a growing association in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support a member of their executive leadership!
About the Job:
Manage heavy calendar arrangements, showcasing the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
Handle meeting and event coordination which can include: booking venues/meeting rooms, ordering catering, setting up audio/video equipment, taking meeting minutes, etc.
Review presentations, scripts, and talking points in advance of the executive's speaking engagements.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned.
About You:
Bachelors degree is required.
5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to remain poised when working on multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to actively listen.
About the Position:
$85K-$95K salary range, depending on experience.
Comprehensive and 100% covered insurance, in addition to a generous 401K contribution!
Onsite 5x/week in the Falls Church, VA office.
