The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the effort of attracting and acquiring top talent for the organization. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Talent Management, he or she will support the strategic recruitment objectives of the company and will build an integrated and scalable recruitment model. This role will manage, mentor and inspire a team of recruitment professionals and will partner with HR and organizational leadership to define and drive recruitment strategy. The Manager will implement and analyze recruitment policies, processes and systems, in an effort to optimize the talent acquisition model for efficiency and create a superior experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Manager will also support with establishing and maintaining the organization’s employment brand as a diverse employer of choice.

Responsibilities Include:
Support with the development and execution of the recruitment strategy for the company
Build and lead a scalable recruitment model that enables growth and integration
Manage, develop and motivate a high-performing and engaged team of recruitment professionals
Leverage and apply an exceptional understanding of TA best practices, current trends, and techniques to meet business objectives
Partner with internal HR stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment process, goals and results with business needs
Build talent acquisition metrics and reporting capabilities; monitor goals and KPIs to drive success and educate business leaders on hiring patterns and challenges
Support with implementation of a platform Applicant Tracking System and develop robust internal tracking processes to support with unifying disparate systems pre-integration
Ensure that recruitment duties are executed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies
Serve as a trusted business partner to HR team members, offering counsel, expert collaboration, and in depth understanding of business variables
Participate in strategic discussions with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs; engage as an expert COE and Business Partner with all stakeholders
Manage strategy, budget and ROI analysis on employment advertising and other TA spending
Manage the candidate experience lifecycle from the time of application for employment to the confirmation of start date; Partner with HR Field Operations, IT and L&D on onboarding initiatives
Support with training strategy and materials to empower leaders and recruitment professionals to hire efficiently, in accordance with company policy and without bias
Support with creating a proactive and strategic pipeline of talent; Partner with Talent Management to align on succession planning and internal mobility strategies
Drive adoption and advancement of future recruiting technologies
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, at least 8 years specializing in Recruitment
5 years of experience leading a team of recruiters
Experience building, leading, or revamping a recruitment COE into an efficient and innovative support to the business
Demonstrated experience building and leading a geographically dispersed team that is strategically aligned
In-depth knowledge of corporate and field recruitment operations and best practices, spanning across all role types and preferably in a wholesale distribution environment
Demonstrated knowledge and successful track record in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, systems and operating models
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to manage robust projects and initiatives
Ability to thrive in a complex and highly acquisitive environment
Demonstrates a diplomatic and collaborative approach to build relationships with key stakeholders

Experience working and reporting within applicant tracking systems
