Technical Application Development Lead - Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-6-month contract to hire (must be able to convert without sponsorship)
Day to day will consist of connecting with different teams to analyze and find solutions. Data comes from the data repository into thei application via APIs (APIC) and Microservices.

for monitoring; if the process is broken somewhere, must be able to identify, reach out to different teams supporting the application, and quickly analyze to find a solution
Job Responsibilities:
Understand application architecture and interplay between application tiers & components (UI/UX, middleware, backend)
Solicit necessary information from application Product owners, testers and or users to efficiently validate reported issues including determination of which application components are in focus
Query and decipher logging entries by application tiers and components.
Use tooling read and decipher JSON documents, entities and data
Form requests in tooling like Postman to invoke endpoints
Orchestrated use of the above to efficiently and consistently triage application issues and defects
Facilitate discussions between Application Architects and developers as necessary to efficiently triage issues and defects
Document learnings and triage steps for efficient guidance of future incidents
