RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Kansas City, MO that is looking for an IT Business Partner Lead for a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:


  • Relationship Management: The Business Partner Lead (Plan to Execute) serves as a liaison between the IT department and demand and supply chain planning, production, and quality leadership teams within the North American business units, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration; In doing so the IT Business Partner Lead (Planning & Execution) will understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of those business stakeholders and work towards delivering IT solutions that meet their requirements

  • Strategic Alignment: The Business Partner Lead (Plan to Execute) develops and executes strategic plans to leverage SAP for business growth and operational excellence and ensures IT initiatives align with the overall business strategy of the organization; They actively engage with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide input on how technology can enable and support those objectives

  • Service Delivery Management: The Business Partner Lead (Plan to Execute) works closely with the research & new product development leadership teams within each business unit to ensure delivery of IT solutions is constantly improving; They lead monthly service delivery reviews with the research & new product development leadership teams as well as on a periodic basis as part of the Technology Plan Dialog, engage the research & new product development leadership teams to align the IT roadmap for planning, production and quality functions within each brand with the Technology Roadmap

  • Business Case Development: The IT Business Partner Lead (Plan to Execute) assists planning, production, and quality stakeholders in developing business cases for IT projects or initiatives







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in leadership, ideally in supply chain planning and manufacturing functions within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) category

  • 5+ years of project management or technical leadership experience in implementing planning and manufacturing solutions with a focus on support of supply chain planning strategies

  • Strong grasp of demand and supply planning business functions and capable of aligning IT solutions with business goals, particularly in supporting omnichannel initiatives

  • Thorough understanding of SAP's planning systems architecture, integration principles, and security/compliance requirements, with expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module

  • Proficient in SAP Manufacturing operations and Quality Management module especially in Process manufacturing models

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Proficient in developing IT business cases, roadmaps, and budget planning, ensuring timely project delivery in support of omnichannel operations

  • Skilled in IT service delivery management, technical roadmap development, and adherence to ITIL best practices, focusing on enabling seamless customer experiences across channels

  • Proven ability to develop business cases for IT initiatives that support planning strategies and stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation, including expertise in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO) module and SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) module

  • Certifications preferred: SAP SCM, APICS CSCP






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
