Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Security Engineer on a contract basis in Pittsburgh, PA. The Security Engineer will be tasked with providing relevant documentation and support required for the operational and business handover prior to go-live, providing assistance to implementation of relevant security policy changes, and working closely with project managers on outlining the key tasks, refining delivery plans. The Security Engineer will also establish and document security requirements and use cases for the security products in scope for delivery and lead the delivery of a number of security products for the Security Operations group.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience delivering and configuring operational security products such as SIEM, Vulnerability management, PKI management and Application Whitelisting solutions


• Must have strong experience with Azure and Office 365 platform capabilities


• Must be experienced working with virtual server and desktop environments such as VMware and Citrix


• Must have knowledge working in Windows and Linux environments and ability to administer and debug changes


• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills


• Must be able to problem solve and multi-task

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
