The Senior Account Supervisor, Digital, should bring strong experience in digital strategy, account management and client relationship building to be leveraged across several of the team's highly visible and growing accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience working with or at medtech, biotech, medical device or pharmaceutical organizations on pivotal product lifecycle moments, disease awareness, executive positioning, thought leadership and medical conferences.

Responsibilities


    • Play major role in creation of digital communications strategies, plans and goals, and manage against them

    • Serve as daily digital client contact; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively

    • Consistently produce high quality internal and external strategy and content

    • Build relationships with the account team and other internal specialists (paid media, content, creative, planning, analytics etc.) and senior stakeholders to meet client needs

    • Partner with creative counterparts to ensure content is designed to perform and resonate with our target audiences, particularly on social media

    • Dive deep into niche subject matter on behalf of clients and industries in pursuit of data, insights and actions that help will distinguish our work

    • Harness the power of data and measurement tools in evaluating digital ecosystems

    • Understand measurement and KPIs to ensure programs are being executed and performing against the best measures of success

    • Monitor social conversation around clients' products and provide response recommendations

    • Partner with paid media and analytics teams to develop, launch, monitor and report on several paid social campaigns

    • Champion projects from start to finish with a results-driven mindset in pursuit of strong business results for clients

    • Provide excellent client service support: drive conversations, meet deadlines, troubleshoot challenges

    • Participate in client(s) annual communication and marketing planning process, bringing new, ideas and fresh approaches to grow and strategically support their business

    • Identify potential client growth opportunities within the digital space and empower the team to execute on those growth opportunities

    • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals

    • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with DJE's values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

Basic Qualifications


    • 5+ years of full-time experience in public relations and/or related fields including advertising and marketing

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public relations, communications, English, advertising, journalism, business)

Preferred Qualifications


    • In-house or agency experience in one or more healthcare related fields including: medtech, biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical device

    • Be able to demonstrate excellent storytelling skills, and provide sound, level-appropriate media counsel with all level's client contacts

    • Possess proven management and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of success in executing fast-moving, large-scale campaigns at the strategic and tactical level

    • Be able to manage the media budgets and team on sizable pieces of business to achieve client goals

    • Have experience managing campaign launches, milestone announcements, media events, and desk-side briefings

    • Ability to write strategic media plans and a variety of media materials with limited oversight

    • Possess keen interest and high awareness of current events in the healthcare industry

    • Have experience with and knowledge of digital/social, particularly in the health space

    • Possess a solutions-oriented mindset

$86,000 - $133,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
