The Opportunity: Lead Technologist, MRI at Salem, NH
Why This Role Is Important
Reporting to the Radiology Manager, modality lead technologists are responsible for providing leadership in the specific sections of the Radiology Department while operating within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. The lead technologist will be essential to driving iCare's mission towards always aspiring to be people's first choice for health and care, rooted in well-being and kindness, by bringing world-class care closer to home and being the bridge to world-renowned hospitals and research when needed.
What You'll Work On
The Lead Technologist, MRI at Salem, NH will be primarily accountable for:
Direct oversight of imaging modality; including but not limited to:
Onsite MR Safety throughout facility
Hiring, Training and Staff Schedules/Assignments
Required equipment and staffing regulatory tracking activities and center licensure
Patient and staff safety
Professional development of modality technologists
Quality of care
Patient experience
Equipment management and service
Serving as a point of escalation for modality technologists
Developing a team for the modality, focusing on quality of care, continuous improvement and safe staffing levels
Serving as point person for other departments looking to contact modality
Supporting on-site students within modality when applicable
Stepping into direct patient clinical care schedule when necessary
Qualifications
Required Experience
Must maintain required Licenses and Registrations for New Hampshire
ARRT Registered
CPR/BLS
Epic Radiant experience preferred but not required
Ideal candidate would possess at least three years of imaging experience and one year of leadership including participation in ARRT Accreditation and staff scheduling

Hours of Operations: Initial operating hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am - 7pm. (This is a full time position, with flexible hours that can change as patient schedule dictates. As center expands occasional weekends and extended hours may become available.)
