Your new role


Assist the project team in managing site operations, ensuring project safety, quality, and production goals, objectives, and contractual requirements are achieved on time and under budget. Coordinate with subcontractors/trade partners to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, site specific safety plan, etc. Some of your duties will include:


  • Assist in the completion of and complete daily reports as necessary.

  • Complete Project Risk Assessment to fully understand health and safety hazards, labor shortages, productivity issues, subcontractor defaults/claims, quality control, etc., and mitigate all associated risks and negative impacts.

  • Attend/conduct weekly safety meetings and talk with the project team and subcontractors about safety.

  • Assist Superintendent in developing and implementing a project specific quality control program.

  • Assist Superintendent and Senior Superintendent with project schedule development based on work type, crews, equipment, and subcontractors needed.

  • Assist Superintendent and project team with properly completing and/or updating the project schedule.

  • Create a daily plan after studying project specifications and plans to achieve completion on time.

  • Develop a punch list, site observations, and quality control inspections.

  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Anticipate and solve problems with a positive mindset and focus on solutions.




What you'll need to succeed

  • High school diploma or GED plus three to five years of related experience.

  • OSHA 10 required.

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

  • Ability to track and properly document progress.

  • Experience with or ability and willingness to learn Microsoft Office, Procore, Vista, and other project management software as required by each project.

  • Skilled in schedule management, problem-solving, and communication.

  • Safe work or No work mindset; fully committed to safety and jobsite standards, policies, and processes.
