Accountable for leading merchandising activity for select Top 38 account(s) and potentially other accounts
Understand depth of execution needs for continuity, reset, project needs; capable of outlining InComm proposals, lead any bidding opportunities, execute driving metrics, reporting and make recommendations
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with 3rd party (all business units – Client Services, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition), InComm and potential Merchant buyers to identify needs, establish deadlines
Communicate needs with sales/account/retailers and partners in a positive, actionable and straightforward manner
Supervise and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Oversee execution and manage exceptions, provide solutions
Utilize multiple points of data to support merchandising impact
Fairly represent issues and solutions for 3rd party and InComm
Proactively communicate issues and solutions
Ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) are measured as applicable
Measure execution compliance
Enforce and contribute to best practices; stay abreast of key issues and understand impact

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in consumer package goods retail merchandising experience – supporting Mass, Regional Mass, Discount, National & Regional Convenience, Specialty, Grocery
Experience with activities associated with consumer package goods in-store activities a must – including resets, maintenance, coverage, understanding of execution process, deliverables, metrics and associated reporting
