Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Assistant Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the College Park, GA area. The right candidate for this position will have hands of experience managing the maintenance technicians but also have the solid analytical skills needed to develop into the manager in the near term.



COMPENSATION: 95k to 110k plus bonus

MUST HAVE: 5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station



MUST HAVE: Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations



MUST HAVE: Strong management and analytical skills



RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel)


- Meet strategic goals and performance objectives


- Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations


- Act as the main contact for FAA relations


- Maintain staffing levels


- Ensures contract obligations and customers' expectations are met


- Upsell contract terms


- Provide status reports to customers



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



- 5+ years' in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station


- Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations


- Strong management and analytical skills


- Up too 20% travel required
