As a ERP Solutions Architect, you'll be the technical lead of an engineering team delivering new products and supporting existing products. You'll lead technical architecture, development activities and set the engineering direction for your team. You'll be responsible for developing junior engineers and guiding them to deliver high-quality products. You'll also work with peers in product and customer success to ensure your team delivers world-class products for our customers and continually raises the bar on all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US based non-Best Buy Health location.

Lead and manage product-focused software agile engineering teams, working together to navigate complex and ambiguous problemsUse software engineer experience to motivate teams to succeed and deliver exceptional resultsApply your software engineering experience to drive the team and product forward in areas related to key patterns, risks, engineering enablement techniques, distributed systems knowledge across managed cloud platforms (AWS) and testing approaches Lead a group of engineers tasked with implementing a cutting-edge finance software solutionHelp keep your team members confident as they deliver high quality work to production at a regular, predictable and sustainable cadence
