Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files as well as reconciling accounts.
Prepares payments by accruing expenses, month end accruals

Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statemen
Maintains the general ledger
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
3+ years of experience with general Accounting
Sage, Netsuite, MS Dynamics Software
