Job Overview: The Human Resources Director will lead HR operations, focusing on workforce development, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role will act as a consultant to management, advising on HR-related matters, and is responsible for driving strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting and workforce development strategies.
Manage employee relations to maintain high morale and retention.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversee benefit administration and HR software systems.
Provide HR consultation to management on policies and employee issues.
Supervise and mentor a team of six HR professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
At least 10 years of HR experience in a strategic role.
Proven leadership in managing HR functions for mid to large-size teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
