Assistant Branch Manager

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Augusta County locations. We’re searching for an Assistant Branch Manager to ensure the efficient daily operation of a full-service member center.

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:


  • Uphold expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of branch staff.

  • Maintain service flow in branch environment by being active on the floor with staff.

  • Coach/counsel staff regularly and effectively document the sessions to assist with their daily growth and improve sales performance.

  • Partner with the branch manager to develop a market specific business plan.

  • Assist the branch manager in the completion of performance appraisals.

  • Provide feedback to the branch manager on process improvements that can improve the member and employee experience.

  • Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Privacy.

What You’ll Bring to the Table


  • College degree preferred/or related work experience, retail experience preferred.

  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership ability and supervisory skills

  • Aptitude for effective employee development

  • Effective communication skills with staff and members

  • Ability to assess needs and implement plans.

  • Ability to work with confidential information.

  • Professional in attitude and appearance

  • Thorough understanding of credit union stewardship and philosophy
