Purpose
IT Support Administrator will be responsible for the deploying, installing, and troubleshooting computer systems while supporting users' issues and needs
Main Responsibilities
Processes Helpdesk Tickets
Administers set up of and supports user accounts, computers, mobile devices, MFP/copiers, and printers
Ensures software and OS updates are maintained
Specific Duties
Provides timely responses to all issues, updates internal customers on status, and troubleshoots issues
IT documentation and training materials
Performs routine IT-project assignments
Adheres to compliance and privacy standards
Maintains an onsite IT support presence
Conducts data collection
Education & Experience
Education -bachelor's degree or certification(s) in a technology focused area
At least 2 years active IT, Helpdesk, or PC support
Experience with documenting internal policies, project requirements, and change management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic network (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Internet) knowledge and troubleshooting skills
A passion for IT, finding solutions, and continuous learning
Ability to prioritize a security focused approach
Ability to demonstrate customer support excellence
Strong time management skills with the capability to recognize and place priority to multiple projects or support related issues
Ability to visualize IT issues while supporting remote users
Ability to work in a help-desk environment for internal-customer support
High comfort and experience with Windows-based PCs and Office suite administration
Basic knowledge of Windows and Azure Active Directory services, Exchange, and related user administration practices
Firm understanding of security in Microsoft Windows OS and SharePoint
Familiarity with Autodesk (CAD) software, Adobe Acrobat, PowerBI/Automate, SharePoint, a plus
Basic scripting, automation, and software development skills preferred
Demonstrated project and team leadership skills
