JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Client Operations Management Senior Associate, you play a crucial role in servicing, supporting,
and mitigating risks for property loans in a dynamic production environment. Challenge yourself by
harnessing your attention to detail and critical thinking skills to conduct comprehensive research and
data analysis on more complex cases or higher-tier clients, ensuring optimal client
satisfaction. Leverage your technical skills to access market leading resources, third party advanced
subscriptions, and public information on the internet. Stay continually engaged and motivated as you
utilize advanced tools to analyze, query and manipulate data following defined business procedures.
Apply your findings to enhance workflow applications, forms and databases contributing to
streamlined operations and optimized outcomes. We foster a culture that encourages personal and

JOB DUTIES
• Conducts intricate research of more complex property tax cases by utilizing advanced tools
and resources including internal departments, third party sources, public agencies, and
clients according to defined business procedures
• Interacts directly with clients to deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production
environment
• Leverages process, system, and client knowledge to solve problems independently
• Adheres to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level
Agreements (SLAs)
• Performs simple to complex reporting such as maintaining tax research files, searching, and
investigating tax research case information, and processing departmental documents
requiring knowledge of functional operations.



Job Qualifications:



JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience; college education in lieu of experience
• Client service-oriented experience preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment
• Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills and technically savvy to learn multiple systems and
applications
• Ability to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sources
• Critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems
• Detailed oriented to process data accurately


• Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Adaptable in an ever-changing environment



Annual Pay Range:

37,700 - 45,760 USD
