Position Description

Union Concrete is a longstanding family owned heavy civil contractor with an extensive fleet of construction equipment and vehicles. UCC's fabricators help to maintain this fleet of equipment. UCC's fabricators work on wide range of projects from custom fabrications, truck body work, bucket rebuilds, and many more unique projects. Position is at UCC's shop in West Seneca, NY

Position Requirements

You must possess the following skills and experience for this position:

• At least 5-10 years fabrication experience
• Safety conscious
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• NYSDOT Welding certification is huge plus
• Experience working on/with:
• stick welding
• MIG welding
• Cutting and Burning
• Grinding and Gouging
• Ironworker
• Drill press
• Lathe
• Hydraulic brake
• Construction Equipment
• Trucks
• Trailers
• Attachments
