Our growing company is searching for an Operations Specialist who can offer reliable support to the Operations Team and help improve efficiency. Previous experience in Trux and Tower systems is helpful.
Job Duties
Closing routes on daily basis
Entering productivity on daily basis
Communication with drivers and Operations Managers regarding current and prior day activity
Complete and maintain a variety of reports
Assist in the collection of paperwork, organize, and complete tasks as directed
Communicate related information daily
Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations function.
Cross train to be able to assist with time off coverage for Dispatch. This would include working with drivers, customers and Operations Manager. Scheduling services to satisfy customer needs regarding service. Communicate and interact with customers, drivers, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as designated
Requirements
Excellent communication skills; ability to maintain a professional relationship with drivers, fellow employees and customers.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pay attention to detail; accuracy with data entry.
Proficiency with the use of computers and applications. Ability to run reports (Trux, Tower, etc.)
High school diploma
Fast learner; flexible, and resourceful
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Works well in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in waste industry a plus
