Summary
Chobani is looking for a full-time Kronos Analyst to support their timekeeping, attendance, scheduling and LOA processes. This position would serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Kronos (UKG Pro Workforce Management/Dimensions)
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, analyze, configure, test, maintain, support and document solutions for UKG / Kronos Timekeeping, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling and Attestation modules – including KRONOS time clock, Timecard, Accruals, Attendance, Time Off, LOA, and reporting features
Be the primary person responsible for UKG/KRONOS system
Analyze complex requirements and potential impacts of changes including, but not limited to, pay rules, work rules, union rules, pay codes, queries, update holidays, employee records modification, workforce attendance, and calculated accrual configurations
Provide guidance on best practices on UKG/Kronos configuration of foundational concepts as well as business rules
Conduct impact analysis and fit-gap analysis
Be a part of the IT team supporting all HRIS systems
Partner with People team in supporting and resolving issues and enhancements by gathering functional and technical requirements, configure solutions in Kronos, support integration with ADP Payroll, SuccessFactors and badge systems
Monitor daily/weekly issues, develop test cases and training documents to streamline and strengthen the Time and Attendance process
Work closely with other IT members to ensure that KRONOS system is line with Chobani standards
Work closely with SOX and Data team to ensure that roles within KRONOS follow the SOX guidelines
Create and run audit reports for Audit and SOX requirements as necessary
Support SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems on adhoc basis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience with HRIS systems
5 + years of experience in implementing and/or supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce modules
Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) is strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of time, timekeeping, attendance and accrual policies and procedures, scheduling rules, LOA, Person and Business Structure Import
Integration experience with Dell Boomi with knowledge of UKG connectors, APIs, and end-point integrations
Reporting/Dashboarding using Kronos data will be a plus
Knowledge of payroll and payroll rules
Time clock and badge/security system integration knowledge.
Experience working with offshore teams
SAP SuccessFactors experience is a strongly preferred
ADP Payroll experience is a plus
Experience working in JIRA is a plus
Knowledge of HR processes
Experience working with Business team, IT leaders and upper management
Willingness to travel 30%

Compensation Range: $72,000.00 - $108,000.00, plus bonus
