Description: Position Summary?: This position provides market research and data-analytics support for Range's Marketing Team. This involves sales planning, tracking, reporting, and forecasting as well as market and competitive analysis. This position is a key interface between the Marketing Team and both Production Planning and Marketing Accounting. It requires analytical skills and the ability to quickly achieve an understanding of electronic systems used to support logistics and sales. Responsibilities: * Utilize forecasted volumes provided by Range's production and planning teams to update the Marketing team's forecasted sales plan. * Accurately and efficiently input transactions completed by the sales team into the system of record (i.e. Allegro trade entry). * Perform as Marketing Team Super User for all Allegro changes and deal entry questions. * Develop deep understanding of the contract portfolio by maintaining and providing detailed reports from a database of agreements for regular review by the Marketing Team and Accounting. * Serve as the primary point of contact for sales questions from the Accounting team regarding the monthly accruals and reconciliation of invoices. Actively solicit support from other Marketing Team members to develop answers when responding to inquiries. * Provide ad-hoc analyses and reports on sales transactions for the Marketing Team and other internal business units. * Track FERC filings and maintain rate file for all transportation and gathering agreements * Build and maintain supply/demand models for North American natural gas, NGLs and Condensates by region including tracking US imports and exports. * Maintain midstream asset maps by region and supplement with capacity utilization intelligence gathered via earnings calls and financial publications. * Collect, analyze, and present intelligence regarding competitive positioning and activity across North America. * Support the preparation of management presentations including the Board and bi-monthly marketing meeting presentations. * Miscellaneous analytical projects including preparation of PowerPoint presentations as necessary to communicate sales strategies and transactions. * Adhere to all Internal Range Controls to ensure Compliance with all Credit and Risk Policies contained within SOX documents. * Other duties as assigned.
