This position is responsible for embroidering uniforms, hats, outerwear, and other accessories. This position provides support to the processing department as necessary to meet company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Mark and set up garments in hoops for embroidery
Follow established designs and specifications, and create new designs and specifications as necessary.
Follow established processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate embroidery logs.
Assist with the check-in of new thread, materials, hardware, etc.
Assist with material inventory counts.
Maintain well-organized and clean work spaces.
Calibrate and set up embroidery machines
Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines
Communicate with sewing lead and/or facility manager to reorder materials and supplies.
Assist with facility cleaning.
Cooperate and share information with team members.
Continuously educate yourself.
Be curious.
Be passionate.
Participate in and contribute to group projects.
Train team members as requested by the store manager.
Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals.
Requirements:
Pre-requisite Core Competencies
Capable of following established designs and specifications.
Capable of lifting and handling elements that can weigh up to 10 pounds each.
Embroidery machine operation.
Knowledge of embroidery machines/software/principals
Knowledge of computers and design software
Willingness to learn and be flexible.
Strong work ethic.
Proven attention to detail.
Self-starter with willingness to do whatever is necessary to support the team.
Demonstrated good judgement and a high degree of integrity.
A history of continuing professional and personal development.
Skills Required
Strong hooping and embroidery ability.

Experience Required
Proven embroidery experience.
