SUMMARY
The Director, Key Accounts, will be responsible for overseeing the operations and service delivery for important clients. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the management and operations of key accounts, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored cleaning solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and cleaning supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful service delivery.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and status of key accounts.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and enhance services provided to key accounts.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in facility management, including janitorial, cleaning or related field including data centers or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred. 5+ years supervising the work of others required.
Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing large, complex client accounts with single account revenues greater than $5M.
Excels in analytical skills and developing/tracking performance across multiple sites with KPI's.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
Demonstrates excellent documentation skills, and adhere to all regulations
Demonstrates excellent conflict resolution skills, and maintain confidentiality
Ability to stay calm and rational under pressure
Adheres to all policy and conduct standards and embraces the culture of CCS
Must have an elevated level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
