SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the HRIS system while also serving as the primary resource for HR analytics. This role will ensure data integrity and produce insightful reports and analyses to drive data-driven decision-making across HR and the broader organization. The analyst will collaborate closely with HR leaders, providing actionable insights into talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and workforce planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HRIS Management:
Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the HRIS, including user support, troubleshooting, and system updates.
Collaborate with HR and IT to improve system functionality and user experience through customizations and integrations.
Data Integrity & Reporting:
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data consistency across various modules.
Develop, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
HR Analytics:
Analyze HR data to provide insights on trends in talent acquisition, retention, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.
Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel to deliver meaningful insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Assist in building predictive models for workforce planning and talent management initiatives (e.g., turnover predictions, recruitment pipelines).
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop KPIs that align with strategic goals, and create scorecards for tracking progress.
Ensure that data-driven insights inform HR policies and programs such as performance reviews, succession planning, and learning & development.
System Optimization:
Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements within the HRIS.
Lead system upgrades and implementations to keep the HRIS system up-to-date.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and data protection regulations.
Maintain the security of HR data by ensuring adherence to privacy standards and internal policies.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR analytics, or data management.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms with UKG Ready experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Experience in database management and data integrity best practices.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling (e.g., regression analysis, forecasting).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share data findings with stakeholders.
