Overview
The Business Services Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the Estimating department.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Sales and Estimating team in communicating with the customers and updating the CRM as needed
Entering data and creating new opportunities in the CRM
Sorting papers, creating folders & filing as needed
Answer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate parties
Respond to inquiries from customers, Sales Representatives and Estimators
Work with the Sales Operations team in improving and implementing new processes to increase workplace productivity and ensure smooth operations
Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
One to three years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
Discretion and maturity required to maintain confidential information
Intermediate computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Project, Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Detail, goal and quality oriented
Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
Team oriented with proven success with interpersonal relationships and experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in in the workplace
Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
