Zelis is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UAT Support Analyst to join our UAT Support Team. The UAT Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring UAT environments, ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes, documenting system errors, and contributing to efficient issue resolution. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our UAT processes and reducing downtime due to unresolved issues
Key Responsibilities
Monitor UAT environments daily to ensure smooth operations and optimal
performance
Ensure daily processes execute successfully and address any failures promptly.
Document system errors as they occur, providing a detailed record of issues for analysis and resolution
Collaborate with the UAT Support Engineer to escalate and prioritize issues for resolution
Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrent problems and ensure uninterrupted UAT operations
Create and maintain UAT support documentation and knowledge base for efficient issue resolution and future reference
Communicate with internal teams and clients to provide updates on UAT status and issue resolution progress
Qualifications
High School Diploma but Bachelor's degree is preferred
1 year of IT experience
Proven experience in UAT support, quality assurance, or related roles.
Strong understanding of UAT processes and methodologies.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with issue tracking and knowledge management tools is a plus
