Job Description
Reporting to the Sustainability Associate Manager, you will assist in calculating a large global enterprise's carbon footprint. You'll provide data gathering and data entry support for Samsonite's carbon footprint measurement and ESG reporting to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange into February 2025.

• Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for certain facilities in various geographies.

• Organize data in folders

• Extract and consolidate utility data for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation

• Undergraduate with 1-2 years of study. Majors - Business, Economics, Environmental Studies and/or related field preferred but not required.

• Comfortable working with data (data management, organization, analysis)

• Ability to navigate a variety of online and offline sources of data

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks; persistent and self-starter

• Experience with MS Office, managing and organizing Excel files

• Foreign language proficiency a plus
