We've been on a three-year journey to modernize our U.S. distribution network and transform how we distribute our products. The Woolwich Distribution site is one of two new U.S. distribution hubs opened within the last year to enhance and streamline our delivery operations. We're aiming to elevate the customer experience and generate cost savings with state-of-the-art technology and standardized processes. But none of it can happen without you - the people who power our operations and ensure that our customers receive our life-saving therapies when they need them.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Oversees a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.


• Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.


• Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.


• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.


• (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.


• Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.


• Management Skills: Management of Financial and Material Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Management of Personnel Resources, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication Skills.


• Functional Skills: Systems Thinking, Scientific Computing, Quality Management, Technology Awareness.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.

Requires 1+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years experience in;

• Inventory control experience


• Cycle counting


• SAP

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,800 - 94,200

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
