Description: Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager

PLASTICS Blow Molding

The Maintenance Manager will support production operation by ensuring optimal equipment performance through preventive maintenance and dynamic responses to equipment-related issues to reduce unscheduled downtime.


Leads the maintenance department through guidance, instruction, and provides training resources to foster team growth.


Develops a Preventive Maintenance program and manages the maintenance order system.


This position reports directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage maintenance team, parts, and equipment. - Coach and direct Maintenance team. -


- Works alongside the Production Manager and the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to: - Ensure customer deadlines are met. - Prepare operational schedules and coordinates maintenance with manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules are met.


- This is a 24/7 plant operation Education and Work Experience Requirements - 10+ years' experience in manufacturing operations - 5+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity -


Bachelor's degree preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent is required. -


Excellent project management skills - Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety. -


knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred - Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.
