Job Title: Business Execution Consultant (Contingent)


Location: Charlotte, NC


Role Overview: As a Business Execution Consultant, you will engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. You will contribute to large-scale planning and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Your role will involve resolving issues and consulting with others to meet deliverables, leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Business Execution is essential.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Organizational Management & Support: Provide planning, executive communications, data analysis, and execution of key projects.


  • Project Tracking & Quality Assurance: Track multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.


  • Planning & Communications: Learn business processes, track progress across the organization, and ensure timely deliverables. Adhere to brand standards and manage the annual planning cycle.


  • Executive Presentations: Prepare business reviews, planning materials, organizational announcements, team accomplishments, and executive communications. Draft talking points, edit/proof documents, and manage distribution lists and org charts.


  • Employee Engagement: Support community engagement and draft plans to improve employee engagement across the team.


  • Business Analysis: Analyze data and present insights related to customer experience, complaints, etc.

Required Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.

  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Adaptable to change.

  • Ability to review data and develop insights/recommendations.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint; database management experience is a plus (prior experience with Medallia is a plus).

  • Ability to assess, develop, and deliver high-quality materials within short timeframes.
