Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years of practical hands-on experience in electromechanical products manufacturing environments.
Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Practical hands-on knowledge of Metrology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in mechanical drawing comprehension, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and Google Workspace apps (including Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification.
Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (including Process Capability Index Cpk).
Experience with automated inspection systems and equipment, such as CMM (Coordinate-Measuring Machine) and LIBS (laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy).
