• Supervise, coach and train all employees.
• Must work with employees on coaching and developing in the market two days per week.
• Ensures process improvement implementation and standard operating procedures execution.
• Interacts with sales personnel and customers to ensure services are completed accurately and timely.
• Assists in the control and completion of all MEM equipment paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Manages MEM department in the absence of the Marketing Equipment Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with six (6) years of experience in the Food Service industry required.


• Will substitute a Bachelor's Degree in business with two (2) years experience in Food Service or Associates degree in business with four (4) years experience in Food Service.


• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required. Knowledge and understanding of vending, fountain, cooler equipment and parts preferred.


• Knowledge and experience in the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration areas preferred.


• Supervisory experience preferred.


• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


• Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Must have good troubleshooting skills.


• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.


• The ability to multi-task and set priorities is required. Knowledge and understanding of the vending and fountain equipment and repairs would be preferred.


• CDL Certification a plus.

• Must be able to travel 20%.


• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.


• Frequently (34% - 66%) required to walk and stand.


• Occasionally (0% - 33%) required to work in front of a computer monitor and on keyboard.


• Occasionally (0% - 33%) required to sit and lift up to 50 pounds.
