Fred Beans Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to join our accounting department in Doylestown, PA! If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

This position will be full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

What You'll Do:

Train, coordinate, and supervise the accounting staff.
Serve as a mentor to office staff and enhance job efficiency.
Review the general ledger and all scheduled accounts.
Assist with floorplan audits.
Coordinate the month-end process, prepare adjusting entries, and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
Review, analyze, and submit monthly financial statements in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Meet monthly with the General Manager to discuss financial performance.
Coordinate the annual audit with outside auditors.
