ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our corporate headquarters located in Washington DC.
Responsibilities
Assist with the cradle-to-grave contract operations function for Company portfolio
Oversee the negotiation and administration of the Company's contract portfolio
Communicate and interface with contracting officers, providing research and guidance to operations and program managers for contract related issues.
Negotiates and issues Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, subcontract agreements and other types of agreements as required.
Conduct internal contract reviews and execution of appropriate contract actions (e.g. award documents, modifications, closeout, CPARS) for processing and reporting.
Interface with project staff to assist with transition-In/Out of contracts by assisting to develop project plans and deliverables, conducting compliance sessions, ensuring compliance with company goals and policies.
Communicate contract-related information to stakeholders and audits existing contracts
Ensure proposals and contracts are in accordance with Company policies and Federal/State regulations (FAR, DFAR, etc.)
Develop and maintain master contract renewal schedule
Maintain all contracts and documents in company SharePoint site and hard copy files
Assist company with business development and proposal activities for select opportunities
Review & submit monthly invoices, ensuring bill rate and correct personnel are listed.
On an ad hoc basis, attend business meetings for firm and report back to senior leadership
Assist Project Managers in various tasks related to their contracts
Work with Accounting Team on task, including but not limited to understanding CLINs/SLINs and ACRNS on Grants and Contracts
Assist in the management of a $10M grant
Assist Past Performance Team on various tasks
Draft capability and expertise statements for the firm
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree – B.S. or B.A. in business, finance or a related field
Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong legal knowledge and ability to understand Government regulations
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including SharePoint
