Prudential Retirement Strategies is seeking a highly engaged, results-driven Business Operations Manager, supporting the leadership of our Service & Operations organization with the delivery of customer focused outcomes.  This role will be instrumental in driving business results, customer success metrics, measuring performance, and managing strategic initiatives to enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.  

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement metrics to measure expected outcomes of customer service initiatives

  • Create comprehensive reporting and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Demonstrate the value of strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and presentations

  • Calculate and report on the ROI of customer experience-focused projects

  • Manage small to mid-size strategic initiatives from conception to implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of projects with overall business objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in business/service operations, analytics, or project management

  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry

  • Strong understanding of customer service operations and metrics

  • Knowledge of customer experience best practices and methodologies

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Fabric)

  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making

  • Experience with ROI analysis and financial modeling

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is preferred

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
