Spring Lake Village
The Dishwasher is responsible:
•For ensuring dishes and utensils are returned to kitchen, cleansed, sanitized and properly stored.
•Breaking down kitchen for cleanup.
•Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, etc.
•Empties trash/recycling from kitchen.
•Ensures that water is at the correct temperature to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing, and maintains temperature and level of sanitizer logs.
•Transports food trays to residents, ensuring that the correct temps are maintained during transportation.
•Assists cooks as needed.
•Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
