We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary to provide immediate support to a busy North County firm. This is an onsite role and is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced legal environment and is proficient in real estate litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize evidence, and prepare motions, trial exhibits, and appellate filings.
Calendar and manage all court deadlines, adhering to State and Federal filing procedures.
Draft legal documents (complaints, discovery) and file in State and Federal Courts.
Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
Assist with trial preparation, ensuring documents and exhibits are in order.
Maintain client communication and document management.
Requirements:
5+ years of litigation paralegal or legal secretary experience.
Strong knowledge of court filings, calendaring, and litigation procedures.
Knowledgeable of pulling title reports, maps, and deeds.
Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Zoom.
