Position: Property Admin


Location: Central San Diego


Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hr


Hours: Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm


Duration: Leave of Absence Coverage


We need a team member with Property Assistant experience to jump in and help our team! Our residential community is looking for a customer service focused Administrative Professional to assist with answering phones, data entry of invoices and rent, showing property and assisting vendors as needed. The ideal candidate will have property management experience and the flexibility to cover for a leave.


Responsibilities:


Answer incoming calls from existing and potential residents


Process work orders


Show property to potential residents


Data entry of invoices and rent when needed


Requirements:


Strong communication skills, written and verbal


Excellent customer service skills


1+ year property management experience
