We are seeking a dynamic accounting clerk who is willing to be cross trained! This position is 40 hours a week and paying $25/hr!
Location: Richmond (Fully onsite)
Job Duties:
Accounts Payable AND Accounts Receivable.
Assist with payroll when needed
Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to billing and payment matters.
Ensure compliance with customer purchase orders (POs), including quality and other specific requirements.
Verify quotations, price lists, and pricing agreements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Proficiency in using standard accounting office software Quickbooks
Requirements:
Organized and detail-oriented personality.
Willingness to cross-train in different aspects of the business.
Eager to learn!
