We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk in the construction industry. This role requires a team player who is willing to assist in various accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable. Responsibilities:
Lead weekly AR meetings
Business-Business collections
Account reconciliations
Process vendor invoices
Assist with WIP adjustments
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with Timberline/Sage a plus
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
