The Senior Nurse Manager provides leadership, supervision, and quality oversight for Nurses in the Care Management Programs. The Senior Nurse Manager ensures the quality and efficiency of nursing practices to ensure adherence to performance specifications and works with Senior Leadership to maintain current contracts and to seek and procure new opportunities in Care Management.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the program with the following:
Providing high quality supervision and leadership to Nurse Managers and other Nurses in the assigned care management programs.
Evaluating and training RNs in practices that comply with accepted nursing standards.
Developing, implementing and monitoring nursing policies and procedures and overseeing the quality and efficiency of nursing functions in Care Management Programs
Working with program leadership and staff to meet contractual obligations and financial goals for the programs. While also ensuring the successful implementation of care management projects and services.
Ensuring that services in programs are of high quality, improve client satisfaction are adequately staffed and meet the performance specifications of the funding sources.
Utilizes data to inform decisions about client care and services.
Overseeing the performance management of all nursing staff in assigned program(s). While also ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained in the BHN Code of Conduct and relevant policies and procedures.
What are we looking for in a Senior Nurse Manager?
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of BSN degree.
Current R.N. License by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing care management services to individuals with behavioral health and substance use issues.
Must have minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
