Position Summary:
As a Division Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the success of our Child and Family Community-Based Programs. Your leadership will directly impact the quality and reach of the services we provide, ensuring that children and families have access to comprehensive, compassionate care. This role is for someone who is ready to lead with purpose, collaborate across teams, and inspire those around them.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Division Director, you'll provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Program Directors, ensuring that every aspect of our programs reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll work closely with program and executive leadership to cultivate a work environment that values the unique strengths of both our staff and the families we serve. You'll also play a key role in driving program growth, from developing new initiatives to enhancing existing services, ensuring that BHN continues to meet the evolving needs of our community. By analyzing data and using evidence-based practices, you'll make informed decisions that shape the care we provide. Fiscal oversight will also be a part of your role, ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs while maintaining the affordability of services. Collaboration is key, and in this role, you'll work alongside other BHN programs and community partners to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to care, maximizing the impact we have on the lives of those we serve.
